Unlock iOS 5.0 with Ultrasnow 1.2.4 on iPhone 4 / 3GS

The latest version of Ultrasnow can be used to unlock iOS 5.0 on the iPhone 4 and iPhones 3GS. All basebands are not supported at this time. The base bands that are supported are listed below. The Givey Sim hardware unlock can be used for other basebands.

Basebands supported by Ultrasnow 1.2.4:

iPhone 4: 01.15.00
iPhone 3GS: 04.26.08 | 05.11.07 | 05.12.01 | 05.13.04 | 06.15.00

If you have an iPhone 4 / 3GS with one of the above basebands you use Ultrasnow 1.2.4 to unlock iOS 5.0 by following the instructions below.

Step 1: Jailbreak your iPhone 4 / 3GS using the latest version of Redsnow [ Redsnow 0.9.9b5] or Snowbreeze [ Snowbreeze 2.8b8 ].

Check the “baseband preservation” feature so your baseband will not get updated in the process.

Step 2: Select Cydia and then Manage

Step 3: Tap on EDIT and then ADD from the sources menu

Step 4: Add repo666.ultrasn0w.com in the prompted window

Step 5: Search and install Ultrasnow 1.2.4
