Part 1: Creating the custom 4.3.3 IPSW file with Snowbreeze 2.7
- Install the latest version of iTunes
- Download Snowbreeze 2.7 and iOS 4.3.3 from the links below
- Run Snowbreeze 2.7 for 4.3.3 and click on NEXT
- Browse or Drag&Drop iOS 4.3.3 for iPad, iPod, and GSM iPhone or iOS 4.2.8 for Verizon iPhone 4 firmware for your device
- Wait for Snowbreeze 2.7 to identify the IPSW file
- Check the EXPERT MODE box and then click on BUILD IPSW
- Wait for Snowbreeze 2.7 to finish creating the 4.3.3 custom firmware file and then follow the on screen instructions to enter your iDevice in DFU mode
- Once your device is in DFU mode proceed with step 2 of this tutorial
Step 2: Restoring the custom 4.3.3 IPSW file with iTunes
- Run iTunes and select your device from the left sidebar.
- Click on RESTORE while pressing SHIFT and then browse for the custom 4.3.3 IPSW file previously created with Snowbreeze 2.7
- Now wait for iTunes to finish restoring your device to the already jailbroken 4.3.3 firmware fire and you’re done.
