Snowbreeze 2.5.1 was just released today as an update for the former 2.5 untethered jailbreak for 4.3.1. It incorporates a few bug fixes and also support for Apple TV 2G. Snowbreeze 2.5.1 will also install the latest version of Cydia 1.1.1. See the full changelog in the picture below:

• iPhone 3GS users can now flash the iPad 06.15.00 baseband.
• Animate (Animated Boot Logos) by the Chronic Dev-Team is now supported.
• Added afc2
• Apple TV 2 is now fully supported.
• YouTube issues resolved on hacktivated devices.
• iPhone 3GS old-bootrom issues fixed (Error 37).

Supported iDevices:

• iPhone 4, 3GS
• iPad
• iPod Touch 4G, 3G
• Apple TV 2G

You can follow the guide posted here to jailbreak you iDevice using Snowbreeze 2.5.1, but just remember to download all the required stuff from this post.

Also, be cautious as Ultrasnow has not yet been updated to support 4.3.1 and you won’t be able to unlock your device if you rely on a carrier unlock. Well, there is a solution, but it doesn’t come from Dev Team and it’s not official. You can read about it on our support forums. Also there is a temporary fix for the iPhone 4 single bar issue and yo can read about it here.
