The arguments are many: on one hand there are those claiming that the iPhone 5 should be delayed due to the late release of Verizon’s iPhone 4 and the apparent focus on Mac OS X and iOS, but if you come to think about it that does not mean that the WWDC would be without iPhone. It is pretty much basic logic, considering that if Apple failed to mention the iPhone 5 so far it is not supposed to mean that would fail to mention the iPhone 5 at the WWDC event.
On top of that, a Korean news site is claiming that the iPhone 5 will be launched some time during the fourth week of June. It might be possible that the iPhone 5 could get its own separate event. The line being drawn there are two possible release dates: end of June or sometime in the fall.
