CoTweet, a popular enterprise-grade social network client, launched a salvo of mobile apps at SXSW to keep marketing, support and PR professionals in a close relation with their customers through Twitter. They already had an iPhone client for a short while, but now versions for Android, BlackBerry and Windows Phone apps are available.

CoTweet allows multiple workgroups to handle Twitter account control, assign updates for colleagues to be followed and even allow other internal experts to handle some particular issues. The monitoring of keywords, tagging and the categorizing of incoming tweets, the scheduling of new tweets won’t be an issue, these features being included as well.

The biggest competitor of CoTweets at this point is HootSuite that so far it is not as evolved as CoTweets, but has the distinct advantage that spreads its reach further than Twitter and Facebook.

CoTweet is available in the Android Market, BlackBerry App World and the iPhone App Store. The one requirement is the possession of a CoTweet account that costs around 1500$ per month, but if you are a big corporation that runs multiple interconnected departments, you can totally afford that.
