Is Microsoft Developing Windows Phone 7 Mango Update Based On Customer Demands?

Apparently, judging by the rhythm in which Microsoft is adding new features to the list of To Do’s and seeing how those features seem to “coincide” with those that the users complain about, I believe that is safe to assume that Microsoft listens. How well however, remains to be seen. Apparently Microsoft is already focused on introducing the notorious “copy/paste” feature.

At the MWC, Microsoft let slip some of the features that they intend on making available through the “Mango” update that is believed to be made available this Fall. Already we are familiar with the multitasking, or like many users like to approach this feature: fast-app switching, history of recently used apps, just by holding down the “back” button, the new Internet Explorer 9 browser with hardware accelerated HTML 5 rendering capabilities is hardly any news, and so is the Twitter support for the People Hub.

Microsoft still, wants to maintain some feature details secret, fearing that the competitors will copy those, just the way Microsoft has been doing for a while now, so we might have some pleasant surprises as we will be closing in to the Mango launch date.
