Comex released a fix for he iBook Error, a while ago, which was previously included in Snowbreeze 2.2 and PwnageTool 4.2.

Now, Chronic Dev updated their Greenpoison to version RC6.1, and included the fix too.

Apple created a security measure, probably meant to be anti piracy for eBooks, which basically returns an error if you want to open an eBook on a jailbroken iPhone.

Well, Comex figured it out. The system checks if the OS allows execution of unsigned binary, and if it does, the books won’t open.

If you were using Redsnow for 4.2.1 or Greenpoison RC5 all you have to do is run Greenpoison RC6.1 over your existing jailbreak. No need for restore or any other extra measure.

If you are confused, you can use our Greenpoison RC5 tutorial and adapt it for Greenpoison RC6.1
