A new Twitter app was released in the Windows Phone Markeplace today. It is called Birdsong and you can download a free trial to try it out.

The app looks just like a native Twitter app, it caches very nice, and has all the major features that Twitter has.

It has threaded conversations, retweets, inline picture viewing and landscape support. Birdsong also presents the “infinite scrolling” feature, which makes it easier to view all the conversations, without having to press any “load more” buttons.

Another cool feature is that is has integrated geo-tagging using Places, map previews and Bing Maps integration.

The Birdsong Twitter app isn’t too cheap, so if you decide you like it, you have to spend $1.99 to keep it.
