Dota AllStars map v6.70b has just been released. Although this version brings some nice improvements and fixes, it also has some bugs too. Although only the next version usually brings hero balancing, IceFrog nerfed a hero on this Dota AllStars map v6.70b.

Dota AllStars map v6.70b needs a little bit more balancing and bug fixes, but i am confident that IceFrog will bring all that in the next version dota map v6.70c.
