The internet is full of One Click Root tools, that work for different devices running Android 2.1 , 2.2. Some are for Samsung, some are for HTC, others for Motorola, and the list goes on. Most of them, even, if they are called One Click tools, often involve a long and tiresome process, which can confuse beginners and inexperienced users.

Now, with only one application, and one click of a button, any user can root any Android running smartphone, easier than ever. Even the root of Motorola Droid Pro is available. Root Android 2.1 2.2 with one click easier than ever!

This article is not a tutorial, because no tutorial is needed, just download Super One Click, enable your phones USB Debugging Mode, connect it to your PC and hit Root.

The software is currently available only for Windows platform, but we will have a download link for Mac and Linux as soon as possible.

There are only a handful of phones that can’t be rooted with the SuperOneClick root tool, because they’re on a NAND lockdown, but there is a solution to this problem too.

Phones affected by NAND lock:

Sprint HTC EVO 4G

HTC Droid Incredible

HTC Desire

HTC Aria

HTC Droid Eris

HTC Wildfire

You can download the fix for every phone listed above here.

By rooting your device u can either install non Market apps  or just unlock your device easily. Root Android 2.1 2.2 now and fully enjoy your phones features.
This ultimate root is available thanks to the senior developers at the XDA forums.

Download SuperOneClick root tool to root Android 2.1 2.2 Here.

Wouldn't Samsung void our warranty if they find out we've rooted our SGS?

    • comancsm October 18, 2010 at 12:50 AM

There is allways a risk of loosing waranty with any root / unlock of any phone

    • Cosmin Coman November 16, 2010 at 8:59 AM

That's weird... My girlfriend has HTC desire and unrevoked worked great for her phone....I'll look into that problem, just leave a comment if you find your answers in the mean time, so other people can share

Hello, I just bought the Garminfone from T-mobile and I was wondering if this program will root my device? Also where is the download link on the page or where can I get the direct download. Thanks...

      • Cosmin Coman January 18, 2011 at 9:48 AM

I dowbt that it will work for newer devices like yours but you can try it. If it doesn't work it'll give you an error saying that your device is not supported. There is a link to XDA forums, where you can download the software.

  15. Ben December 27, 2010 at 9:56 AM

Hi I'm running a Samsung galaxy S Orange branded handset. Is it worth me rooting before 2.2 becomes available later this month? (i hope) I have never hacked a phone before but would like to improve the performance. If so will i need to back up my contacts and apps etc? Thanks

    • Cosmin Coman December 27, 2010 at 10:00 AM

Rooting your device won't boost its performances. It will only allow you to install lagfixes, custom ROM's and non market apps which will boost your phone's performances. Rooting only gives you full access to your phone. You can browse our Android section to see what custom ROM's and lagfixes you can install after you root your device

  16. eric December 30, 2010 at 1:33 AM

Will this work on garminfone 2.1??

  17. Kevin January 11, 2011 at 2:46 PM

It keeps looping with my Xperia X10 2.1. It says I have to disable USB debugging, but when I do so, SuperOneClick doesn't respond anymore. How do I fix this?

    • Cosmin Coman January 11, 2011 at 4:19 PM

That's the thing. You need to have USB debugging activated for this tool to work..

  18. Pepe Begines January 12, 2011 at 1:06 PM

Hey! Says "waiting for device" on the lastest version of the program; on a Huawei U8110. If it needs to put in recovery mode, i don't know how to put it in recovery mode!!! PLEASE HELP MEEE!!!! Thanks...

    • Cosmin Coman January 13, 2011 at 2:14 AM

Every device has a combo of keys that you need to press to enter recovery mode. Ussualy volume up + power button, but Google it to be sure.

  22. RH January 29, 2011 at 3:20 PM

I never hear anyone with a good root for Droid Increadable. I understand the warrentee is voided, but dont want to brick the phone. Id like to find a root that is easy as in one click, that if it dont work, it wont brick the phone, it will just not work without damaging anyting. Is this the one for me? Is it good with DI from verizon running 2.2? If anyone can help with this info please let me know thank you

  23. Cosmin Coman January 30, 2011 at 6:54 AM

This should work for your device, but i don't think anyone on the web woulg guarantee that you don't brick your phone. There are too many variables and nothing is full proof. I don't think this will brick your phone but it's not a gurantee

  24. michael February 3, 2011 at 2:55 PM

Hi um I finally tried this and it didn't root when I clicked root? Well it did but when I tried to get apps for root users then it said I didn't hav root access so will it hurt it to click root again??

    • Cosmin Coman February 3, 2011 at 11:54 PM

You should be just fine if you root again

I recently purchased a cheap 7" Android 2.1 tablet, but the 'stock' applications are crap - and most of them force quit as soon as I try launching them. So, I installed another couple of apps I downloaded, and they work fine - but, I'd like to get rid of all the nonsense that came with it when I purchased it, and install the stuff I want on it.Here's a spec sheet :https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&pid=explorer&chrome=true&srcid=0B51BDQlvhkZ1NTljOWY0ZDAtZGZlMC00NjhlLWIzMzktMDJhZDkzNTQ4MTY0&hl=en&authkey=CJrsqLUG&pli=1Can this machine be 'rooted' using the above method?

    • Cosmin Coman February 20, 2011 at 3:27 AM

Give it a try. If it won't work your device will not be accepted

  31. shreyas February 20, 2011 at 5:51 PM
